PaleoVegan Cheese béchamel صلصة باشاميل الجبن النباتية الخالية من الحبوب

 

 This delicious and lucious sauce will substitute beautifully in many dishes that requires main béchamel sauce to be used with. This one is dairy free, grain free, vegan and clean alternative sauce that I’m sure is going to be favored in your household


What you will need

½ cup of nut cheese paste

3 cups of full cream organic coconut milk

1 tbsp. organic apple cider vinegar

2 tbsp. Ghee or your preferred cooking oil

1 ground garlic clove

2 tbsp. Arrowroot flour

1 tsp nutmeg powder

1 tsp sea salt

1 tsp oregano

What to do 

  • Mix the first 3 ingredients in a blender and leave a side

  • Put oil in a pot and fry the garlic for few second before it gets burned

  • Carefully pour the milk mix and follow with the arrowroot flour

  • Mix well until it starts to thicken


  • Add the nutmeg, salt and oregano and continue to cook for couple more minutes.

  • Use to top and bake vegetables, or wherever necessary

 

طريقة عمل الباشاميل بالجبن  

  

نحتاج إلى 

½  كوب من جبن المكسرات

3 أكواب من حليب جوز الهند العضوي كامل الدسم

1 م. ط  خل التفاح الأحمر العضوي

1 حبة ثوم مفروم

2 م. ط  زيت مفضل لديكم ( أستخدم السمنة المنزلية )

2 م. ط طحين الأروو

1 م.ش طحين جوزة الطيب

1 م. ش زعتر بري (أوريغانو)

1 م.ش ملح بحري

الطريقة 

 نقوم بخلط الحليب و الجبن و الزعتر البري في خلاط و نتركه جانبا

  

 نضع الزيت في أناء على النار ثم نضيف الثوم و نقلبه حتى لا يحترق ثم نصب بحذر خليط الحليب و نقوم بالخلط

 

  

نضيف الطحين و نقلب بسرعة حتى يمتزج تماماً

 

نضيف البهارات ونزيد الكمية حسب مانراه مناسباً ثم نترك المزيج على النار حتى يثخن و يصبح جاهزا للاستخدام

    Great job , just want to ask where do you shop for your pantry , specially we do not have alot of healthy food markets here in kuwait , i am on gluten and dairy free diet and i have defficulty in finding my ingredients, thanks

      You’re right, it can be a hassle but I feel it’s getting much better ow than 5 years ago when I changed my way of eating .. I got to know and purchase greens from local farmers like Kenanya farms .. Fruits I only have the seasonal ones as for berries they’re available at sultan and lu&lu markets as well as saveco.. Most of my main flour ingredients I import from online although now you can find many making it to shelves in before mentioned market 👍🏼 hope that was helpful ☺️🙏🏼
